ClaimPath is a public directory that helps you match brands you have bought from to open class-action settlement listings from a public catalog. Official administrator links stay free forever. Filters, the tracker, deadlines, and discovery stay free and are never paywalled.
Paid alerts
Optional ClaimPath Alerts ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) send personal match emails for brands you saved and deadline reminders. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops future billing at period end; it does not delete local browser data.
No guarantee
We do not promise that any listing is still open, that a shopper matches a class, or that anyone will receive money. Catalog estimates can describe a total fund, not a per-person payment. Always read the official notice.
Your responsibilities
You file only on official administrator sites. Never pay a random site a filing fee. Claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.
Data
Without alerts, brands/saves/filed notes stay in your browser. With alerts, we store your email and brand ids for matching. See Privacy.
