No. We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. We do not file claims and we do not decide eligibility.
Do you file the claim for me?
No. Every official button goes to the administrator URL from the catalog. You read the notice and submit the form there if you decide you should.
How should I file safely?
Use the official site we link to. Never pay us or a random website a filing fee. Never give a bank login or full card number to a page you do not trust. Claim forms are signed under penalty of perjury.
Where does the data come from?
The settlement catalog is from SettleSignal (settlesignal.com), used with attribution as their license requires. Brand tags are ours, based on titles plus a maintained map. Records can be stale; the official notice controls.
Do you sell my brand list?
No. Brands stay in this browser unless you opt in to alerts, in which case we store your email and those brand ids so we can match later. See the privacy page to remove a pending signup.
