Disclosure
Affiliate disclosure
Last updated: November 6, 2026. Soft launch — no affiliate offers are live on this site yet.
Not a law firm. This page is about advertising relationships, not legal advice about settlements. We do not file claims or decide eligibility.
Status right now
ClaimPath does not currently display affiliate product cards, tracked “buy” buttons, or paid placement for banks, cards, or apps. Searching settlements and opening official claim links stay free.
This page exists so the disclosure is ready before any labeled offers ship.
When offers appear later
If we later show partner offers (for example high-yield savings, checking, budgeting, or credit monitoring), we will:
- Place a clear disclosure next to each offer, not only in a footer, per FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).
- Say in plain language that ClaimPath / ZyMoProfit may earn a commission if you use the link.
- Keep offers off the official claim path — after someone marks a claim filed, or on the settlement check guide.
- Never take a percentage of a settlement payment, never run a sweepstakes for claim traffic, and never sell your personal data to partners.
Material connection
Under the FTC’s Endorsement Guides, a “material connection” (payment, commission, or free product) between an advertiser and a publisher must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed. When affiliate units go live, treat every partner link as that kind of connection unless we say otherwise.
